     2Morse by Glenn Chappell <ggc@uiuc.edu> 10/95
     3Based on info from "Morse Code and the Phonetic Alphabets"
     4URL: http://www.soton.ac.uk/~scp93ch/refer/alphabet.html
     5Includes some ISO Latin-1 characters
     6Permission is hereby given to modify this font, as long as the
     7modifier's name is placed on a comment line.
     8
     9Use of this font allows figlet to convert ASCII to International Morse
    10Code.
    11
    12The following substitutions have been made, i.e., if figlet receives a
    13character on the left as input, it will print the Morse Code for the
    14character on the right:
    15!               -> .
    16;               -> :
    17[]{}            -> ()
    18German s-z      -> ss
    19Latin-1 "prime" -> '
    20#               -> <Delete last word>
    21*               -> Ch
    22
    23Except as noted above, characters not available in Morse Code will print
    24as "?".
    25
    26Inter-word spaces have been enlarged to improve readability. To conform
    27to the standards for automatic transmission of Morse Code, use smushmode
    28zero ("figlet -f morse -m0"); wait the duration of a dot for each blank
    29in the output, as well as between any two output characters (dots,
    30dashes or blanks).
    31
    32Explanation of first line:
    33flf2 - "magic number" for file identification
    34a - should always be `a', for now
    35$ - the "hardblank" -- prints as a blank, but can't be smushed
    361    - height of a character
    371 - height of a character, not including descenders
    3830 - max line length (excluding comment lines) + a fudge factor
    39-1 - default smushmode for this font
    4040 - number of comment lines
